air conditioner

Can you please tell me if you think a 3 1/2 ton air conditioner will adequately cool a 2063 sf manufactured home?
Depends on your location and energy features in the home..
Generally in the SE this seems about 1/2 ton small...
Much more important for you is the efficiency rating of the air...It should be a SEER 12 unit at a minimum..with 14 or 16 even better..
