Quality of Magnolia Modulars?

My husband and I just bought 3.5 acres in the Colorado Rockies. We have been working hard to find land and a modular we can afford, along with all the site improvements. Is anyone familiar with the Magnolia Homes? We found a good price on a new home but don't know how it compares to Karsten and other manufacturers. Any advice would be appreciated.

Ananda,
You have a great choice there. Magnolia Homes has been around for more than 60 years and building quality manufactured homes. They were always building their homes that exceeded the HUD codes. You are looking at the home that is worth investing into. Make sure when purchasing go over the option list and the inspection sheet to see what you are getting what you want into the home. Magnolia homes are usually loaded with more features that other manufactures considers an option. Karsten also makes a good home but for a modular you could stick with a Magnolia.
