we are interested in buying a repossessed mobile home to live in for 3 years. how can we find out the actual balance owing on any home we are interested in?

You should not be buying a repo on the "assume the payment" method...These balances are always thousands more than current market price....

Any home you buy should have a contract for purchase...which has all the sale details outlined in detail...of course..the selling price is an important detail..

How do I find repossed manufactured homes in my area?

I am a Pastor of a Church in Ponca City, Ok we have no parsonage; would like to buy a repossed mobil home in that area that is in good shape. This email address is my mother's I don't have my email set up yet.
