we are interested in buying a repossessed mobile home to live in for 3 years. how can we find out the actual balance owing on any home we are interested in?

You should not be buying a repo on the "assume the payment" method...These balances are always thousands more than current market price....

Any home you buy should have a contract for purchase...which has all the sale details outlined in detail...of course..the selling price is an important detail..

looking for manufactured mobile home to be moved to my lot. I need a slightly used, in good condition. doublewide 28X56 or similar deminsions. I need for it to have 2 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms.
