I am thinking about moving my house from its present location to farther back on my property. I have 2 acres and currently it is within 30 feet of the road. I would like to move it back about 200 feet. I'm on a well and have a septic tank. I do not have cable and power and telephone come to me through an above ground pole.
My question is, how difficult of a task would this be and do you have any guesstemation on what it would run me?

Whether you move it 30 feet or 30 miles, you are probably looking at the same money. It is time and equipment, as opposed to mileage that makes up the majority of the expense. You will have to have a local mover give up an estimate. The more work you do yourself, the less expensive the move. Getting farther back on the property may be quite substantial, if the septic and electric require movement or additional lines.
