I need some help in selling my mobile home. Where do I begin? My husband and I would like to move into a home, but before we can purchase something new, we have to sell what we have. Our current home is located in a mobile home park, with rent larger than our mortgage?! This sucks!!
Our loan is over $10,000 more than what the house is worth!! I was told that our lienholder might consent to a "short sale." What exactly is this, and is it something that could work?
I have a lot of questions and no answers. Realtors don't know anything about this whole area. Banks aren't really any help, either. Unfortunately for us, we're in a park and not on owned land. I just need help!!

Velma have you considered moving your home to land and then selling your home. I am currently in the same situation Velma. I want to sell my manufactured home and move into a brick site built home. I am currenlty weighing my options as well. P.S. let me know what happens.
