Which manufacturers, in your opinion, are the top 3 mobile home producers?

Depends depends depends.,what area of the country you live in,how much you have to spend and how well you want it constructed.

Yes, it is asked three times a week but when someone does suggest which homes are good/best choices then, everyone else will chime in with disagreement. So if you search, you won't find anything anyway.

I will recommend Champion or, Fleetwood

Because:

They were/are very open to making minor or major changes to fit the needs of thier customers. As far as a standard model without any upgrades, they're probably all the same. My dealer told me that the changes that I wanted in my Champion 16X80 WOULD NOT be possible if I were buying from Clayton.

And whoever you buy from make DOUBLE sure you know at least when you do buy one that you upgrade your insulation to the max and upgrade to plywood flooring. (if they don't offer it already)

If they say they can't do it, go somewhere else.
