Hi I have a 1979 Mobile Home Double wide 3/2 with my 2 bedrooms there is a wall that seperates the 2 bedroms can this wall be taken down to make 1 big bedroom with out doing anything to jepordize the stability of the ceiling and is there going to be a problem because where the mobile home comes apart for moving will the seam show where the home goes together. any help would be gratefully appreciated.

If this is the marrage wall...I do not think I would remove all of it...Maybe an archway between the rooms might work...

Whats consired a marriage wall. The wall i'm talking about goes from the front of the home to the rear of the home. Then theres walls that branch off of it to make the rooms like the bedrooms and kitchen,etc etc

The marriage wall is the inner wall of each section,Sounds like the one you are speaking of.Do not remove it.

If i do remove it what would happen? Could I remove some of it??

You can't remove it all it as it holds up half the roof of that section.If you remove some of it you will need to shore up the section above the cutout with a header and sufficient support studs.
