Can you brick up a manufactered home like you can brick up a older woodden site-built home?

Providing the correct foundation is in place, the code to which the home was constructed, would not make any difference.

I LAY BRICK AND BLOCK AND ROCK FOR A LIVING, I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON A DOUBLE WIDE MOBILE HOME SINCE FEBRUARY. THE HOME STILL BELONGS TO THE OWNER AND MY WIFE AND MYSELF AND TRYING TO PURCHASE IT NOW. WE HAD A FOUNDATION INSPECTOR COME OUT AND TELL US HOW TO DO THE FOUNDATION AND AFTER WE FINISHED HE CAME BACK OUT AND INSPECTED IT AND WROTE US AN APPROVAL AND WE BRICKED THE ENTIRE HOME FROM THERE. WE ARE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH LENDERS SAYING IT IS STILL AND MOBILE HOME, AND IT ISN'T. IT HAS NO AXLES IT HAS NO TOUNGE, AND IT IS ENTIRELY BRICKED.
WE HAVE CHANGED DOORS AND SINKS AND ADDED WINDOWS AND IF YOU DID'T KNOW IT WAS A MOBILE HOME YOU WOULD NOT KNOW IT WAS NOT A $180,00 HOUSE. WE HAVE DONE SO MUCH WORK ON THIS HOME, FOR SOMEONE TO TELL US IT IS STILL A MOBILE HOME AND WANT TO CHARGE THE HIGHER INTEREST RATE BECAUSE THEY SAY IT IS A MOBILE HOME. THEY SAY BECAUSE IT IS A MOBILE HOME IT CAN BE MOVED. CAN A HOUSE NOT BE MOVED? IS THERE ANY WAY TO QUALIFY THIS MOBILE HOME AS A HOUSE AFTER ALL THIS?

The changes you have made, may well have created a permanent foundation, but you can not change the building code, to which the home was constructed.

The banks and everyone told us that it will always be a mobile home because it has a HUD sticker.
