financing on manufactured housing

I am a loan officer in a mortgage company in Oklahoma. We are having a difficult time finding a lender that will take manufactured housing. Do you have access to any lenders?

Wells Fargo Mortgage, Chase Mortgage, National City Mortgage, Irwin Mortgage, Countryside Mortgage, Cit Mortgage...all of these offer a broker arrangment or correspondent arrangement...The list goes on and on...
Most brokers that I deal with have from 20 to 50 mortgage companies that are active in the industry..

We are primarily experiencing difficulty placing A minus manufactured loans. We are looking for a lender that will underwrite them on appraised value NOT acquisition. Do you have any suggestions?
