I'm considering buying a '73 double wide mobile home in a mobile home park. The home has had 2 prior owners and appears to be in good shape. What problems I can't see should I worry about ( inherent flooring, roofing, etc.,) and how do I find out about them? Thanks for answering.

As with any 30 year old home...you should pay a qualified home inspector for an inspection...There are some listed in the Yellow Pages on this site..maybe one in your area...
Remember..all 30 year old homes will have some upgrading needed...Good Luck
