Sagging Ceiling

What might cause ceiling panels in a mobile home to sag? There are no roof leaks. There are no water stains or mold. The panels are dry to the touch.

The home is only 5 years old - is that long enough for the ceiling to sag? Occupants might not run air conditioner every day - climate is humid.
