Repo Mobile Homes

Gentlemen,

I have been looking into purchasing a single wide mobile home for a lake house.
My question is I am trying to find a repo that the bank owns. Do you know what kind of offer is normal for this type of mobile home? The sales prices seem very high but I am sure that there is room for negotiation.
