What happened to Highland

I am looking at buying a used MH. The manufacturer is Highland. Apparently they are no longer in business. Does anyone know if they were bought out or just went under? Is this a high quality home? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Know little about them...but they used to be listed as a member of the Manufactured Home Association...

As far as I know they are still in business. There are at least 4 retailers in Nebraska that sell them. Actually we are looking seriously at Highland and just priced out a couple of their floorplans in the past 2 weeks. They seem to be a high quality home.
