The Manufactured Housing Forums

I have a few portfolio's of existing mobile home loans, with and without land. The pools vary alot. One being A credit borrowers and the seller is looking for strong pricing and the other is a scratch & dent package. Do you know of any companies looking to aggressively buy these types of loans?
