I need to find out what manufacturer uses this type of serial number NTA274642. thanks for your help!

This is not a serial number, but rather the HUD label number affixed to the home.
NTA tells us that the home was certified to the HUD code by the firm NTA Inc.
a third party engineering firm acting as the DAPIA.
