Fuqua homes

We are going to purchase a manufactured/modular home this year and place on a full basement on our land.
We have been looking a literally, HUNDREDS of floor plans, models, and homes.... What is your opinion on the FUQUA homes? We LOVE their floor plans, but mostly, the construction and need someone's honest advise.
This home will be our LAST home we purchase. We have worked very hard all our lives and are at the point where we NEED space.
We have 1 child and are looking at 1600-2000 sq ft homes, but are there other compatible homes out there (construction speaking), and if so, what brands?
