Please let me know that major advantages/disadvantages of buying a pre-owned manufactured home - compared to a new manufactured home. Thank you.

SIMPLE,
new manufactured homes depreciate, depreciate at a rate that would blow your mind and your wallet. Buy a new one and let the other guy take a 50% hit in his wallet. Of course Im talking about a home in a park.

If you buy a new one, you know where it's been and have warranty protection. A used one can be a better deal, if you are diligent about inspection. If I were buying one in a park, I would probably buy used. Since we have land, we bought new, and put it on a slab/block perimeter foundation. Yes it cost more, but I am planning to live there for 50 years, and I am hard-core about maintenance.
