Is this house any good?

I am looking at a Champion Model 101 - on the Champion site it is called "Holiday House 101".
It is made in Weiser, ID by Redman Home builders.
Any comments or suggestions?
Junk? Good One?
Upgrades that are a "must-have" from this factory?
