How do I go about get money to move my trailer.

I have lived in this moble home park for almost three years. I've gotten re-married, and we need a bigger home. While the trailer is settting in the park it is very hard to sell it. We would love to get anough money to move it to our own lot. Plus add-on to the home.Of course we would need to borrow the money for the land also.
Do you have any suggestions for us. I need all I can get.
