38 K is mighty good if you're getting all those options.A couple things though; Why do you want vinyl covered sheetrock?Go with tape and texture. The vinyl stuff looks tacky. Also make sure they don't install 6 panel doors and then use the ones that are 6 inchs from the floor. They have to vent from one room to another but can do this with a vent over the door. You can always take these out later and patch the sheetrock. Those short doors are ugly to say the least. Also see if you can have electrical boxes secured to wall studs in lieu of the screw in variety.Cable and phone line boxes with conduit running to the under of the house for ease of later wiring is also a +.Secured ceiling fan fixtures in rooms with possible fans is a good idea and later timesaver.Finaly update all bathroom fixutres to fiberglass for tubs and porcelein for sinks.
Good luck with all this and that price!
