Mobile Home Repairs

I just recently purchase a mobile home from the another person.The mobil home is a 2000 Sweetwater. I notice last week that the home was separating or walls shifting. Two questions. 1) How can I locate the Sweetwater Homes, Inc., 2) What is the best why to repair this? 3) Who should pay for this repair?

1)...Sweetwater filed bankruptcy some time ago..
2)...Contact a good manufactured home set up and repair crew in the area...They should be able to take care of this problem..
3)...YOU...even if the manufacturer was still in business and even if the warranty period had not expired...manufacturers DO NOT transfer original warranties past the first owner...This is a risk you take when you buy any type of used home...Good Luck
