I recently am in the process of purchasing a Hart manufactured home. The seller has suddenly told us the flooring is 2x6 vs 2x8 which is what was originally advertised to us. Are 2x6 bad?

The home has been on the lot since 2001, shouldn't they come down on the cost for it sitting on the lot for 2 years?

I am not real knowledgable regarding what to look for.

My floor joists are 2x6, so far, so good. They absolutely should come down on the price. It has two years' wear on the outside (roof, paint,caulking, windows).
