Moving A Manufactured Home

Hello:
How does one get help with financing of moving their home onto permanent property? Currently, I live in a community and desire to move my home which is only a few years old. After locating qualified movers, I was informed it would be approximatly $5,000 just to move my home from point A to point B. This does not include hooking up utilities, septic tanks, wells or any other necessity that comes with resituation a manufactured home. So, the total move will cost anywhere from $ 9,000 to $13,000.
Because I do not currently live on my own property, the banks will not loan me anthing against my equity. If I had know the cost to move these homes, I would have never put it into a community.
Do you have any suggestions on this matter?
