Is a Palm Harbor a good change?

I'm new to this site, actually this is my first visit and I'm not sure how it operates. But my question is, I live in a Fleetwood right now, and I'm in the market for a new home. I love the Palm Harbor designs and they have awesome construction. Do any of you own a Palm Harbor, if so how do they differ in construction from the Fleetwood? Also, is the warranty more reliable than the Fleetwood models, because I've had a heck of a time with the warranty from Fleetwood. Any input would greatly be appreciated.
