What is the process for getting Manufactured housing license, are they normally expensive? Can someone explain what the test normally entails?

I assume you are speaking to a salesmens license. Each state has there own regulatory agency that controls licensing. Some may have a test, some may only require a fee. You will have to check with your state agency.
