Freezups

HI, I am interested in a Titan double wide (24'). How do they compare? What extra's do I need to be Comparable? I am very concerned about frozen pipes, do to power outages or oil burner problems. I am building on my own land. I often leave for 2 or 3 week periods during the winter months. Do I address this to the mfgr., well driller, or ......? Thanks, DON

The titan name is used by Champion homes in many different plants...all different specs...in the SE...it is the bottom of the line Champion product...It would be easier for others to answer if you mention which plant the product is built in..
