Hello,
I've noticed when we have just the slightest amount of wind blowing and I'm inside the house, the siding sounds as if it's rippling ( like someone is waving large pieces of plastic). Is this normal because I don't like it. Thanks for your time to respond.

Vinyl siding must be installed a little loose so it can expand and contract.Yours however sounds like its installed a little to loose.Not much can be done about it unless its reinstalled.If your home is still under warrenty perhaps you can get it corrected.
