Manufactured Home Flooring

I do not like particleboard flooring for a manufactured home....Is there something else that can be used?
Particle board often goes by the brand names of NovoDeck from GA Pacific and CressDeck by LA Pacific..
Other options might be OSB and plywood...Most factories offer one or the other..
