I was trying to find out approximately how much a typical 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, livingroom, kitchen, dining room cost?
I would go visit dealers. The variety of material-quality and option levels makes it difficult to say, $39,995. What I can say is that here in the Pacific NW, prices include setup on a level site, basic hookups. A good pad foundation to set it on is another 2-4K, as is concrete block perimeter instead of skirting.
