My daughter recently bought a modular home. It is a Hageman (I think that is how you spell it, sold here in northern Indiana.
It was one of the models that you finish yourself upstairs.
It was all insulated on the ceiling & walls & floor, but they still seem to have a bad draft from some where. Of course all summer it was perfect until winter hit.
All the dry wall is up & done, but they cannot seem to heat the upstairs.
Is there something that should have been done that they missed?
They went under the house & taped the pipes thinking this was the problem, but it doesn't seem to make a difference.
Does this usually occur in the two stories homes? Usually heat rises.
Would lowering the ceilings help?

Get a HVAC tech out to check your heater and vent sytem. If that is all working properly and sized correctly for the home then you got a hole somewhere.Hard to say without seeing the home.
