My mother has a mobile home in a 55+ community in Clearwater, Florida. We would like to know how we go about selling it. Are there laws specific to Florida? What sort of commissions do real estate agents in Florida generally require?

I'd really appreciate any info you could help me with.

Real Estate agents are governed by the laws of each state. Most will be comparable in their commission fees, but some cater to over 55 communities, as well as manufactured housing communities. Look for signs in the neighborhood, and then contact those realtors.
