Hi, I have a major dilema, I found a nice manufactured Home in Miami, Fl and I cannot find a bank or a lender who will finance this 1993 single-wide MH , this house is in good shape, it is in a nice community and it comes with the land so the land is yours when you buy it, the price is $31,800 so is not too much to ask for. Please if you could help me I will appreciate it foreve! I have called more than 30 banks and nothing! I am so depressed. PLEASE HELP!

Stop calling banks and start calling mortgage brokers. They are in the yellow pages.
