The Manufactured Housing Forums

We are considering adding onto our 92 14x80, and putting it on a perm. foundation.
What are your thoughts/advice on this? are there any books or other resources available concerning this? can it be insured, can it be done in such a way as to meet codes? a lot of folks around here seem to do this, but very few look good or look sound. Thanks for your advice.
