I am a developer who just finished building a dulpex and used a conventional builder/general contractor. I have no desire to go through that process again if I can avoid it. I have a lot in down town Denver, Colorado that is 25 ft wide and can build lot line to lot line. My question is can a manufactored home builder use the arhichtectual design that I have and deliever the unit complete or mostly complete.

Or am I fixed into certain designs for certain lots, and can I use upgraded materials such as bamboo flooring, etc. And more importantly, who do I contact.

Sincerley,

You would have better luck working with a modular builder if you have specific plans.A MF home has to be built to HUDs minimal code..A modular builder only has to build your local codes.MF housing can have many options but they cannot build to your specific prints.
