The Cedar 56X28 possibile modifications?

Will be moving into a new Cedar 56X28 from Clayton Homes in the next few months.
I'm wanting to expand the size of Bedroom #2.
I'm picturing a wall added, closing off the den and then a door frame added to that marriage wall in Bedroom #2, maybe where the closet currently is.
I'm wondering if that would be possible to add a doorway along that marriage wall? I assume the wall, being a marriage wall, is necessary. If it is not, I'd definitely prefer the marriage wall in Bedroom #2 removed, basically turning the "Den" into an addition onto bedroom #2.
What are my options here? Thank you!
