Indies House Model - Owners Manual & Info

My wife and I are getting ready to buy a house and we would really like to have the Owners Manual. The main thing we're wondering is if it is wooden framed or metal framed because this changes our interest rate pretty substantially. Here is what the nameplate says: Indies House, Hackleburn, AL.... Date of M. : 10-26-99.... HUD No. TRA 475286-287.... Manufacturer's Serial Number and Model Unit Designation: SRP AL2880-I00-1951 AB Model 7815 4+3.... Design Approval by TRA. Any info and help is appreciated.
