Bought manufactured home, now no title

We bought. Manufactured home affixed to land in Kentucky earlier this year. We used a realtor and closed with a lawyer, cash transaction. We went to get a HELOC and discovered we need a title. We never got one and didn’t even know it existed. Other than the former owners finding it do we have any options?
