I am looking at home inspectors who list services which include mobile homes (manufactured homes) where fees starting at $400. for under 1000 FT/sq. That a pretty decent price for dropping the plastic vapor barrier and checking all the piping, duct work, wiring, floor joist, insulation, supports, retaining straps plus important components in the mobile home. I guess what I am saying...."I don't believe it". I am looking at Southern NH like between Rte 93 and the coast. Exeter would be a prime location or around that area. If you have found and used a home inspection company who inspected the underbelly to your satisfaction could you send a reply with the company name. I would like to get two or three companies to call and speak to.
