I want to install a pool table (3.5 x 7') in my '79 Guerdon double wide.
It has particle board flooring that got water damaged (it's patched) I have new plumbing now.
If I replace the subfloor in that room only with plywood or OSB (I think they're only 5/8") will the joists hold the table?
I'm not sure if any of the joists were damaged by water, and also not sure what size they are.
thanks.

Re: Second request
I'm no particular expert on mobile homes, but I'd question the weight of the table.
I suppose if you found the identical table by model on the internet, you might find the weight with it. I have no idea how heavy all pool tables are. I suppose some are lighter than others.
That's what the engineer needs to calculate after he has the stats on you home.
