'79 Guerdon double wide pool table?

I'd like to put a 3.5' x 7' pool table in my 79 double wide. Average weight of these tables is probably about 800 lbs with four legs.
The problem is, I have particleboard flooring, and plumbing that leaked under the room that I want to put the table. I already had a small section fail, and it's patched. I am willing to have the sub floor replaced with plywood or OSB, but I think its only 5/8" flooring in this home. I am not at all sure what the joists are, how far apart they are, or if they were also water damaged. (I have new plumbing now)
If i replace the sub floor, will it hold a pool table? Or is there danger that the joists have been compromised? (At least the joists aren't particleboard!)
Thanks for any information you can provide!
