Is a mobile home water heater wired differently than a regular residential one?

Hi my first post here so hello all, I have a question I have never replaced a water heater in a mobile home and was wondering if they are wired differently like the electric ranges are (someone told me there is an additional wire that needed to be added?) I will be installing a residential heater with a larger capacity just not sure how true the additional wiring thing is already checked the breaker dbl pole 25 amp so I should be good there, thanks for any answers for preparing me~~~Alien
