New Flooring For Home About To Be Moved?

I'm dealing with my in-law's ca. 2002 double wide that just had a major water break. Water was professionally remediated (Servpro, had a great experience with them) but in the process they had to tear out the sheet vinyl flooring (plywood, not particleboard, underneath). So now I'm researching what (inexpensive, easy DIY install) flooring to replace it with. The complication is that we want to sell the home and have it moved so the flooring must "survive" the flexing and movement involved with transport.

Suggestions? I'm guessing that some kind of "floating" flooring is the way to go (maybe plank laminate? Vinyl stick-and-place tile?) but I'm hoping someone here has some experience in these circumstances. Thanks!!
