Double wide end sagging?

I just bought a use champion doublewide, once it was torn down for transport the whole end is sagging after the axles. I've talked with a service dept. of the local sales lot and they said to jack both frame rails on each half an add some 2x6 cross bracing to the back end of the trailer. I also talked with the local mobile home service and he said to raise the rear of the trailer and have some steel channel welded to strengthen the frame. If any one has dealt with similar situation any info is greatly appreciated
