Moving a single wide missing hitch

Post by Free2beme » Tue Nov 07, 2017 8:48 pm

Can anyone tell me how much more costly it is to move a 16x76 when it's missing a hitch, wheels, axles and a tongue? :|

your looking at additional costs of finding a hitch to match your model so the plates line up for bolts. If that is not possible then you have to find one thats close and then find someone who will weld it and is confident enough it will hold up during a move. Welding under a mobile home excpecially an older model is extremely dangerous due to the risk of fire getting in the bellyboard and getting away from you before you can extinguish it. good luck!
