Coleman DGAT Blend Air Wiring

Post by finallyfarm » Sun Jul 23, 2017 10:58 am

Installing new boards in Blend Air Deluxe II that is on a Coleman DGAT furnace. Wires from Blend Air to DGAT control unit were disconnected by serviceman. I connected Blend Air wires to screw terminals for thermostat on the DGAT control board with all colors matching except black (as shown in Blend Air installation instructions). The black wire I connected to the “C” screw. System worked through first cycle of heat and same for air conditioning, but after first cycle the fan never shut off and DGAT control board led showed 5 or 6 flashes indicating gas valve on with no heat demand or reversed power polarity.
