Floor creaks

House was moved to my property about four years ago, and has developed creaks and groans here and there. It was sitting in a wet lot when I bought it, and I think it's dried out, resulting in the creaking. Any problem with the creaking I ought to be aware of? I'm used to stick-built housing and this is a new development...
