What are the steps to preparing an old home for a move?

My home is about a decade and a half old, I've only ever had it moved once across town. The Hitch has been very professionally welded back on (looked better than new) during this procedure.
Now, I need to move it a little farther, about 200 miles give or take. I'm not sure it will be able to handle it even with brand new tires. Is there anything I can do to help my chances?
