need help deciding best built, best price, least problems

I'm retired/disabled with 2 grandchildren. I moved to Louisiana to be closer to a daughter. I've been approved for a loan but nowhere near the prices for homes here. I'm looking into modular homes if I can find a lot reasonable which I haven't so far. Please give me any advice on the best built, price, value and least problems on a modular home you know of please any advice would help. Thank you
