first time manufactured home buyer

retired and hoping to purchase a scotbit home.........the reviews for all manufactures range from very satisfied to "crap"......the dealers all seem like nice down home boys.....but I'm certain some are not...........how do I pick an honest dealer.....I'm in the St Augustine/Jax area of Fl.
